When you send the contact form, we receive the details you enter: name, business, phone, email, sector, needs and message. They reach us by email and are stored in our private management area, which only the Sitento team can access, so we can follow up on your request.
Only to reply to you, send you a confirmation of your request and prepare a quote. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not send you advertising.
To run the form we use Resend (sending the website’s emails) and Zoho Mail (our mailbox). The website and our management area are hosted by Cloudflare. These providers may process data outside Morocco, only to provide their service.
We count visits without cookies and without any identifier in your browser: page viewed, referring site, campaign parameters in the link (utm), device type, language and country. We do not store your IP address and cannot track you from one day to the next. If you send the form, we attach to your request the page you arrived on that day and, where relevant, the link campaign (utm parameters), so we know where requests come from.
We keep our conversations for as long as needed to handle your request and follow it up. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to [email protected].
If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is governed by the terms of WhatsApp (Meta).
