Your Google Business Profile, complete and kept up to date
Google Business Profile, complete and cared for.
In Tangier and across Morocco, many customers find a shop, restaurant or clinic on Google Maps before they ever see its website. We create or recover your Google Business Profile, complete it and, depending on the plan, look after it every month.

The problem
- You have no profile, or someone else created it and you no longer have access.
- The opening hours, phone number or address shown are out of date.
- There are no real photos, or only the ones customers have posted.
- Reviews go unanswered.
What you gain
- Accurate details right where customers look first.
- One tap to call, get directions, message you on WhatsApp or visit your website.
- A profile that stays up to date, month after month (depending on the plan).

What customers see before your website
When someone searches for “dentist Tangier” or “restaurant near me”, Google often shows a map and a few business profiles above the websites. That is where customers see your hours, photos and reviews, plus a button to call or get directions. Many make up their minds right there.
An incomplete or inaccurate profile quietly costs you calls: the wrong Friday hours, an old number, no photo of the premises. It is often the quickest thing to fix.
Recovering access and verifying the profile
Was your profile set up by a former employee or supplier? Google lets you request access from the current owner, who is notified by email (Google help). We prepare the request with you, and primary access always stays in your name.
Google then asks you to verify the business. Google chooses the method and it cannot be changed: phone call or text, email, live video call, postcard or a video recording, depending on your business and region (Google help). We help you prepare what needs to be shown.
Once the steps are done, Google says its review can take up to 5 business days, sometimes longer. Nobody can speed this up; a well-prepared submission simply avoids having to start again.
What we will never do
No fake reviews
No bought reviews, no reviews written by our team, no discounts in exchange for a review and no asking only happy customers: Google’s rules forbid it (Google policy).
No keyword-stuffed name
Your profile carries your business’s real name, with no tagline or “best” added. Google can suspend profiles that break this rule (Google guidelines).
No fake address
If customers come to you, the profile shows your real address. If you go to them, the address is hidden and only the service area appears, as Google requires.
Which businesses is it for?
Monthly follow-up and plans
Your Google Business Profile is part of our digital marketing plans: the Visibilité (Visibility) plan does not include it, the Croissance (Growth) plan includes optimising it, and the Premium plan adds monitoring and reviews. Every month you get a clear report, without jargon.
Mainly want to put your profile in order, or connect it to a new website? Tell us: the written quote spells out what is included. Work on the website itself is part of local SEO.
04 — FAQs
Questions we’re
often asked.
If your question isn’t here, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll get back to you.
- This is common. Google lets you request access from the profile’s current owner; we prepare the request with you and explain each step. Primary access should stay in your name.
- It depends on the method Google chooses. Once the steps are done, Google says its review can take up to 5 business days, sometimes longer; by post, the code usually arrives within 14 days.
- Not just because it is negative. A review that breaks Google’s rules (fake, off-topic, abusive) can be reported, and Google decides (Google help). For the rest, a calm and polite reply that everyone can read is the best option.
- No. Google forbids offering anything (a discount, a gift, a free service) in exchange for a review, and asking only satisfied customers. What you can do is simply ask all your customers for a review.
- The profile stays informative: hours, access, real photos of the premises, services described soberly and courteous replies to reviews, with no medical details. Your professional body’s rules apply and you approve everything before it goes live. See also websites for dental practices.
- Yes: in the Croissance (Growth) plan, with profile optimisation, and in the Premium plan, with monitoring and reviews. The Visibilité (Visibility) plan does not include the Google Business Profile.
